Ultrathin Powder Coating

The particle diameter of general powder coating is 30~50 µm,spraying depth is 60~80 µm.But the particle diameter of superfine powder coating is 20~30 µm, spraying depth is 20~30µm. And it is low spraying quantity,uniform distribution,thinner film and smooth surface.

And the anticorrosive of superfine powder coating is better of general powder coating.
