T-8L Reflow Oven

T-8L oven is the model very similar to T-8, also 8 heating zones inside, just with a bench added into its structure. This bench is integrated with the oven main part, cannot be detached, please kindly notice this.

Briefly description of operation steps:

Start:

Press green color power switch,open figure temperature control switch,then the equipment had been start

Open Speed control switch and then the conveyor begin to run

After start on the machine for 15-20 minutes,compare the actual temperatures to the setting values,if actual temperature values are stable,then follow next step.

Shutdown:

Close all temperature control switches after finishing all soldering work.

Press green delayed-shutdown button and then the signal lights will be on 

The machine will be automatically shutdown after press delayed -shutdown button,worker can come off work.
