YUYU® CMC(Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose) can play many kinds of functions in food fields, with thickening, suspension, emulsification, stability, shape, film, puffing, preservative preservation, acid and health and so on, which can replace guar gum, gelatin, agar, sodium alginate and pectin, etc. Its role in food production is widely used in modern food industries such as Lactobacillus drinks, fruit milk, ice cream, fruit deodorants, gums, jelly, jelly, breads, toppings, pancakes, cold products, solid beverages, condiments , Cookies, instant noodles, meat products, paste, biscuits, gluten-free bread, gluten-free pasta and so on. 3. Description and Properties  

YUYU® CMC is the product name of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose used by Changzhou Guoyu Environmental S&T CO., Ltd. CMC-Na is a linear polymer ionic cellulose ether, the full name of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, getting from alkalization, etherification, neutralization, washing and other processes generated reaction. YUYU® CMC is a water-soluble salt, generally called it CMC.YUYU® CMC has the properties of unique adhesive, water absorption and water retention. In addition, because YUYU® CMC is a naturally derived cellulose, which has good slow biodegradability, it can also be incinerated after used to make it environmentally well.

YUYU® CMC has many good properties:

1) Thickening

Viscosity is obtained at low concentration, which givies the food a good sense of lubrication

2) Emulsion stability

Maintaining the stability of food quality, preventing oil-water layering, providing emulsifying effect and controlling the crystal size in frozen food

3) water retention

Reduce dehydration and contraction of food to extend the shelf life of food

4) Water absorption

The wet equilibrium increases with the increase of humidity, decreases with the increase of temperature, the higher the DS is, the stronger the water absorption of CMC is;

5) film protection

The formation of a layer of film in the food, to prevent excessive absorption of oil, to protect the effect;

6) Gummy

Its aqueous solution has good transparency and high viscosity, and its temperature change will not make the gel, it also has strong heat and light stability;

7) Gel Particles

Less gel particles to ensure the clarity and stability of the solution;

8) Salt and alkali resistance

High salt and alkali resistance, can replace guar gum;

9) Adsorption and Desorption Properties

Provides excellent dispersion stability in water with excellent water absorption and water retention.

7. Package  

Packed in 25KG(55.1lbs) net multiply kraft paper bags or valve paper bags, other packing as clients request.

For 20’FCL, 18MT could be loaded without pallet.

For 20’FCL, 14MT could be loaded with pallet, details are as follows:

25kg paper bag, 700kg each pallet, 20 pallets, pallet type: 1.1m*1.1m.  

8. Storage and Safety Notice  

1) Stored in a cool, dry, clean, ventilated environment, temperature <40?, relative humidity <75%

2) Material must be handled as a Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.

3) Since the date of production, a preservation period(Shelf life) should not exceed 4 years for the industrial product and 2 year for the product

4) The products should be prevented from water and package bag damaging during transportation.

9. Delivery time and Transport  

1) The product will be ok after order is checked in 7-10 days.

2) Normally The product is loaded to shanghai port or qingdao port, which takes one day.

10. Certificate when clear custom required  

CO,Healthy Certificate from CIQ and other official certificates are ok and free to clear custom.
