1.If the samples and tooling cost are free?


Our samples are free for cooperating customers. The tooling cost will be free if it is easy to open and the cost is not high. But if the tooling is complicated and the cost is high,the cost will be on customer’s account.


The samples are also free for new customers, but if samples need new tooling, the tooling cost will be on customers’ account. Meanwhile, the express cost will be also on customer’s account. If we cooperate successfully, the express cost will be returned after your first order. If the samples are failed and we are not cooperated, we will refund the tooling costs.


2.Could you provide samples for our confirmation?


Yes, samples are available before order. We respect customer’s right to inspect our samples before order, but you know we send many samples request every week, it give us a lot of cost especially express cost. So as our company’s regulation,for the old customers the sample and express cost are free, for new customers the sample cost could be free, but the express cost could on customer’s account, hope you could understand this.
