1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This line is characterized of reliable performance and high production efficiency. Our equipment can produce different types of PVC pipes with different diameters. The large diameter PVC pipe produced by our extrusion line can be widely used in water supply and drainage system, while the small diameter pipes are widely used in wear wire and The power system.


Our extrusion line mainly consists of twin conical (parallel) screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, Automatic cutting, Stacker and some auxiliary equipment.


The screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported inverter, the barrel and screw are under hard chrome plated an bimetallic treatment, effectively reduce the abrasion caused by the CaCo3 and other additives. Both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products.
