1. Abstract

China Vigor’s Polished Rod is produced with API Specification 11B, polished rods are available for different material grade option such as AISI 1045,AISI 4140, AISI 8620, SS431 etc,AISI 1045 with hard metal spraying also available.
2.Product introduction

China Vigor’s Polished Rod with an optimal surface finishing to ensure an appropriate sealing in the stuffing box, polished rods and couplings are furnished with cold formed fully rolled threads.China Vigor’s polished rods are available for different material grade option such as AISI 1045,AISI 4140, AISI 8620, SS431 etc. The SS431 polish rod minimum tensile strength is 793Mpa,on the corrosion resistance and torque strength it also has better performance than AISI 1045 or AISI 4140,it's ideally suited for use with Drive Rods in Progress Cavity Pump(PCP) application. China Vigor Drilling provides diameters of 1 1/8 through 1 3/4? with lengths from 8 to 40'.
