(1)  Arrange the raw material and our worker need to burdening based on the maget grade and quantity of magnet.(1-2 days)

(2)  Melting: include strip casting and dehydrogenation. (3-4 days)

(3)  Milling: powder preparation.(1-2days)

(4)  Pressing: The powder is pressed into the mold to form the required shape. From this step, the N pole and S pole of magnet has been fixed.(1-2days) 

(5)  Sintering:in the vacuum high temperature environment.(3-4days)

(6)  Performance inspection: inspect the grade of the magnet(will give the demagnetization curve)(1days)

(7)  Machining: include the rough and refined process, it will make the magnet surface more smooth, more precise size.(4-6days)

(8)  Plating: Coating on the surface of the magnet is beneficial to the protection of the magnet is not easy to be oxidized, the popular coating include: Nickel, zinc, epoxy and so on. (1-2days)
