Description

DW Multi-layer belt dryer usually adopt two to five belt layers, raw material being fed from the 

top belt, and re-circulating layer by layer, finally dried products will be discharged from the 

bottom belt layer.

Multi-layer belt dryer saves more occupied space, equipments investment and energy consumption. 

What’s more, raw material body could turning over during discharge from layer to layer, it makes 

drying effect more uniform.

It is suitable and successfully used for drying the material with high moisture content but 

sensitive to high temperature, such as fruit and walnut.
