1.Do you have a minimum order quantity ?

Yes ,we do.We keep no stock or very little stock for the products we promote.We do have a requirement for minimum order quantity to start production.This minimum order quantity varies with the production techniques of the products.Please feel free to contact us and we will check the details for you.

2.What is your lead time?

Our lead time is usually within 2-8 weeks , depending on the quantity of your order. Normally ,an order of one 20' container will be delivered within 4 weeks.

3.Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

Our samples are usually shipped by 4 international courier companies which are respectively the FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT.If you are already have an account with one of the above companies, you may ask them to arrange to pick up from our office.

4.Can you send me samples?Are they free?

Yes, we would love to send you samples.Our company offers samples free of charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

5.What is your terms of payment ?

T/T( L/C), 30%deposit, balance should be paid before loading;
