1.Design: If you have design, send it to me in AI format vector file, we would check and see whether need to revise it according to the requirement of our technique, then send you an artwork to check.
If you don't have design, try to describe it to us, then we would help to do the design and send it to you to check.   
2.Price: Tell us the quantity, size, thickness, finish, packing requirement, then we would give you our best price and check the freight for your reference. 

3.Order:If you accept the price and design, then I would send you invoice to arrange the payment.

Generally delivery by express for small package like Fedex ,UPS ,DHL ,TNT ...
1.Samples making Time:If the item with mould(old item),we need 4-7 days to make new samples.
If the item without mould(new item),we need 9-16 days to make new samples.
2.Mass Production:Usually we send sample to customers for final confirmation,
then begin to produce mass production.
After buyer confirmed the samples, 

regular delivery time is 9-16 days,exact time depends on the order quantity.

1.Show the proof of defect product include defect picture and reject rate.
2.Our production department will check your report and confirm the issue .
3.After issue confirmed by our side ,We will send our solution for you
1) send back all the issue parts to us ,We will make replacement as soon as possible .
2)sorting by you side and let us know the defect quantity , We will send new parts to you
3) Any decision will be discuss and agreed by both of us .

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=3000usd, in="" advance.="" payment="">=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q:What's the minimum quantity I can order?
A :500 pcs , (or all the pieces contained in them), and the prices don't depend on the quantity. The products are shipped by express delivery. 

In which materials can I make my orders?
Brass, Bronze and special bronzes, Nickel Silver, Beryl Copper, Aluminium, ordinary and special Steel and Stainless Steel (inox). The plates can have formats starting from 100 x 300 mm to 400 x 1000 mm, with thickness from 0,03 to 1,20 mm.
Q: What do I need to produce the pieces?
A :A pattern or a design in any of the following graphical formats: dwg, dxf (AutoCAD or other software that use these formats), rhn (Rhinoceros), stl, igs, cdr (Coreldraw), ai (Illustrator), pdf, fh11, tiff, bmp, tga, eps, etc... , provided with the most important dimensions.
