Low Head Socket Cap Screws

Low Head Socket Cap Screws are designed with a reduced head height and smaller socket size to be used in applications where there is not sufficient space for the head of a normal socket cap screw. However, since its head height is reduced and the the socket size is smaller, it is not recommended for use in critical high strength applications where socket head cap screws should normally used.  It is mainly for lighter fastening operations. Low Head Socket Cap Screws are drived with a Hex or Allen wrench.
