Application: It is applicable for textile fabric rubberizing.

Features:

The accessory train plant consists of a let off unit, splice press, front puller, front festooner, hydraulic unit for the festooner, drying puller, over-tension relief unit, centering unit, front tensioning stand, post tensioning stand, cooler puller, post festooner, post puller and wind up unit and etc.

In the main tensioning zone a tension protection and display as well width and edge expanding unit plus four sets of electric centering units are provided to ensure the fabric straightness and flatness without any, deformation. The electrical control system utilizes PLC and full digital DC speed adjusting unit.
