Testing standard for mineral wool board

1. Appearance quality

The front of sound absorption board should not affect the blemish of decorative effect, scratches, uneven color, incomplete design and so on. The product shall not be cracked, damaged or twisted. It shall not have any Angle or edges that affect the use and decoration effect.

2. Tolerance of size tolerance.

Size tolerances should be in accordance with table 2.

The project composite pasting board and the dark frame plate are clear frame plate light frame plate.

The length of a / + 0.5 + 1.5 + 2.0 + / - 2.0 mm

The width of the a / + / - 0.5 mm

The thickness / + 0.5 + 0.5 + / - 1.0 mm

The Angle deviation is less than or equal to 1/1000, which is less than or equal to 3/1000.

A means actual size.

3. Volume density

Should be not more than 500 ? / m3.

4. Quality moisture content.

Should not be greater than 3.0%.

5. Bending failure load and thermal resistance.

The bending failure load and thermal resistance of the wet sound-absorbing board are in accordance with table 3. The bending failure load and thermal resistance of the sound absorbent plates with convex and concave patterns should meet the corresponding values in table 3 to remove the embossing pattern and the thickness of the sacrificial plate. The bending failure load and thermal resistance requirements of other wet sound-absorbing boards of other thickness shall not be lower than those determined by linear interpolation in table 3.

The bending failure load and thermal resistance of the sound absorption plate should meet the following requirements.

Categories in bending load/N thermal resistance/(m2. K)/W (the average temperature is 25 ? + / - 1 ?)

Glass cotton dry plate is greater than 40 or greater than 40.

The dry plate of rock wool and slag wool is more than 60 or greater than 0.40.

6. Combustion performance

Should meet the requirements of GB 8624-1997, the combustion performance requires A grade A product, which is agreed upon by both parties.

7. Noise reduction coefficient.

The provisions of table 5 shall not be lower than the nominal value.

Note: the sound absorption board should indicate the test method when claiming the noise reduction coefficient.

The wet plate roll flower is greater than 0.50 or greater than 0.25.

Other, 0.30 or 0.15 or higher

8. Moisture deflection.

The moisture deflection of the wet sound-absorbing board should be no more than 3.5mm, and the moisture deflection of the dry sound absorption plate should not be greater than 1.0mm.

9. Radionuclide limit.

Should meet the requirements of class A decoration materials specified in GB 6566, namely, irradiation index iras should not be greater than 1.0, and the external irradiation index Ir should not be greater than 1.3.

10. Formaldehyde emission.

The requirements of the E1 level specified in GB 18580 should be reached, i.e., formaldehyde emission should be no more than 1.5mg/L.

11. Asbestos composition.

The sound absorption board shall not contain asbestos fiber.
