Usage:

Ladle Baking Device is used for baking ladle before taking molten steel in.

  • Fuel Medium: natural  gas, all gas, light diesel oil, liquid gas

  • Suitable ladle specifications: 5-300t

  • Ladle types: various ladles, such as steel, teeming and ferrous etc.

  • Tundish types: suitable for various 2-6 strand tunish ladles.

  • Heating temperature: = 1100 °C

  • Transimission: electric windlass and hydraulic pusher.

  • Heating device types:

    ladle placing way: vertical and horizontal

    ladle buring way: general, pre-heating and regeberative
