When the central air-conditioning for heating in winter, due to the working characteristic of the unit with, the working efficiency of the main engine gradually decreases with the decrease of working temperature of the external machine. When temperature is around -10 ?, the host only can produce 60% of the heat energy, combined with the host frost only 50% of the heat energy output, the heat energy provided by central air conditioning can't meet the housing needs. In order to supplement this part of heat, it is necessary to increase the auxiliary electric heater on the basis of the original heating equipment, and the optional type is 30% to 40% of the air conditioning refrigerating capacity, as the heating power of electric heating.

   1.The whole device uses stainless steel structure and waterproof design, can be used in outdoor environment, have strong anti-corrosion ability.

   2.The high quality insulation material is filled between the stainless steel tank and the stainless steel shell to improve the thermal insulation effect.

   3.Internal electric heating tube of the main parts adopt imported raw materials, also used the advanced production equipment and technology in the process, greatly increased the corrosion resistance of electric heating tube in the water, guarantee the safe and stable operation.

   4.The design of water flow direction is reasonable, the internal disassembly board changes the direction of water flow, the heating is uniform, without high/low temperature dead angle, high thermal efficiency.

   5.The auxiliary electric heater of our company can be heated by multi-level control group according to the user's requirements.

   6.The repair and maintenance is convenient, as long as remove the sealing cap, unscrew the stainless steel nut on the flange, then can take out the electric heating tube.

Application notice of immersion flange heater

1.Although auxiliary electric heater with thermostat, automatically cut off power supply, but it is still important to avoid the occurrence of dry burning of electric heating tube when using. After ensuring the normal circulation of the air-conditioning water system, then the auxiliary electric heating should be put into use to avoid dry burning. 

2.Must be prepared to prevent frostbite, for air conditioning system water without antifreeze, when the device not working for a long time, the drain valve on the bottom of the electric heater need to be opened, and discharge the internal water of electric heater, so as to prevent the electric heating from being frozen.

3.It is recommended that the system increase the water flow switch to ensure that the water pump is normally operated and then the electric heating works.

4.In winter, when the water in equipment is frozen into ice, do not heat the ice to prevent dry burning.

5.The connection end shall be at least one meter away from the installation, for easy maintenance and maintenance.

When installation of the project,  the bypass of auxiliary electric heater will be installed on the water outlet side  of the unit, near the terminal is the outlet, the other end is the inlet. When  refrigerating in summer, frozen water does not flow through the auxiliary  electric heater. In winter, the hot water of the unit comes to the end of the  user after the secondary heating of the auxiliary electric heater.
