Gantry movable CNC drilling & milling machine, with the function of drilling, tapping and slight-milling, can clamp carbide drill inner-cooling or high-speed metal twist drill outer cooling. Mainly used in the processing of flange, heat-exchanger, tube sheet. the processing controlled by CNC,  with high efficiency , precision, easily programming and simple operation.

 

I. Equipment use:

CNC milling machine is mainly used for flat, flange, disc type, thickness and other rings within the effective range of efficient drilling and milling machining the workpiece. It can achieve through-holes, blind holes in a single material components and composite materials. Machining process digital control, which is easy to operate. It can be automated, high-precision, multi-species, high-volume production.

To meet the processing needs of different users, the company has developed a variety of styling products, in addition to conventional models; it can also be customized according to the actual needs of the user design.

II. Equipment Structure:

This equipment has a bed table, mobile gantry, moving saddle drill milling power head, automatic lubrication equipment and protective equipment, cooling equipment, digital control system, hydraulic system, electrical system and other components. Linear Rolling Guide support and guide, Precision Ball Screw drive, the machine has a high positioning accuracy and repeatability of positioning accuracy.

(1)Bed table:Bed line steel structure by artificial aging heat treatment after the removal of internal stress process, with good dynamic and static rigidity, no deformation. Work tops; whole cast structure, reasonable layout finishing T-slot on a plane for workpiece clamping. Maximum table load 3 t. Bed left and right above the rolling linear arrangement of four ultra-high carrying capacity and guideways Precision Ball Screw. Drive system using AC servo motors and precision ball screw drives on both sides, so that the gantry for X-axis direction. (2)Mobile gantry: Mobile steel cantilever gantry, artificial aging heat treatment after the removal of internal stress processing, static and dynamic rigidity with good, not deformed. (3)Mobile carriage: Mobile carriage system steel structure, there are two ultra-carrying capacity of rolling linear guideways and a precision ball screw and a servo motor installed on the carriage, drive drilling head for the Z-axis direction can be realized power head fast forward, working forward, rewind, stop such action. With automatic off crumbs, crumbs retreat, pause function.

(4)Drilling head:Drilling head using a dedicated frequency spindle motor, via a toothed belt drive for precision spindle achieve frequency variable speed, feed for the servo motor and ball screw drive. X, Y axis can be linked, using the semi-closed loop control, to achieve linear and circular interpolation function. BT40 taper spindle end is clamped drill or milling cutter, higher precision, high-speed cutting, other optional configuration precision tool library that implements the process of automatic tool replacement easier, a high degree of human liberation process automation.

Machine can do milling taping drilling by use below machine tools. (not equipped with machine as spare parts customer can purchase separately).

(5)Automatic lubricating device and protective devices: The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricating device; you can around the rail, screw, rack and other sports automatic lubrication. Machine X axis, Y axis are equipped with dust-proof shield, there is water splash baffle installed around the table.

(6)Digital CNC control system:

(6.1)With chip breaking function, you can set the breaker and the breaker cycle time on the display.
