For an order with regular quantity, the lead time is around 3-10 business days.

2.    What kind of design file format do you accept?

We prefer vector files like AI, PSD,  PDF, CDR, but high resolution PSD, TIF, JPG files are acceptable as well

3.    Can i do logo printing on the products i want, can i have my designated colors?

Yes, all of our products can be customizded, the color, logo, packing methods can all be adjusted according to your request if possible.

4.    Do you take responsibility of the freight and how do you operate it?

You can annoint your own freight man to take the responsiblity or you can rely on our fixed freight man.  Our salesman will ask you about it and contact with you about this.
