Flexible Magnetic Sheets

GME permanent flexible magnets (also called bonded ferrite magnets or rubber magnets) are made by mixing ferrite powder with synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE or NBR). Flexible Magnetic Sheets is lead free using strontium ferrite (Sr0.6Fe203), has the best flexibility characteristics of any permanent magnetic material. It can be easily folded and twisted without damaging and lowering the magnetic property of the flexible magnet. Meanwhile, it has excellent machinability that can be easily drilled, punched, scissor cut, knife cut and die cut, by using normal tools, such as scissors.

Physical Features of :

flexible magnetic sheeting performs well in adverse weather (such as rain, sleet and snow), and in temperatures from -15Fto 160F (-26C to 71C).

Printability:

We are experience in making various kinds of different printing material laminated on flexible magnets, for different printing demands and facilities. These materials are including PVC, PP, PET, photo paper and copper paper etc. 

Printable flexible magnets are suitable for wide printing processes, such as digital inkjet print for UV curable, eco-solvent, water-base, HP Latex, laser print of HP Indigo and TONER, offset print, flexo and label print, screen print, etc.

Tolerances: Widths: +/-.03" (.76 mm); Lengths: +/- .06" (1.52 mm) or +/- 1% whichever is greater.

Minimum thickness includes vinyl, adhesive and release liner, if any.

Minimum pounds pull at zero air gap based upon standard poles per inch (16 ppi for 12 mil, 15 mil, and 20 mil; 12ppi for 30 mil).
