This explosion-proof electric heater consists of explosion-proof connection chamber,cooling area,heating elements bundle,duct electric heater shell and electric control cabinet.The power is 1080KW,which is calculated according to the parameters provided by the customer.

Its basic heating elements according to the related requirement of the People's Republic of China machinery industry standard(Metal Tubular Electric Heating Element)(Standard NO.:JB/T2379-93) to make flexible direct high-performance hot insulation electric heating elements(National Patent:ZL2006200768017) and high efficient energy-saving explosion-proof electric heater (National Patent:ZL2006200737377),which with good thermal performance, high temperature resistant and long service life is safe and reliable.This is the most advanced explosion-proof electric heater used in the major domestic power plants, chemical companies in the environmental desulfurization, denitrification and other exhaust gas cleaning processes currently.

Previously,for the electric heater of small power,small process gas flow and low temperature rise,the shell is designed as a container; because of the small flowrate and low temperature rise,the air goes through the container,it can raise the temperature up by the baffle.For the large air volume,high temperature rise,large power,the air goes through larger container pipeline,due to the baffle reaction, generategreater resistance,that is the resistance coefficient is quite high.When heated gas goes through the outlet,the air volume becomes weaker, and will not take the heat, you need to further increase the power of the electric heater, which increases the energy consumption and cost.
