Electric Arc Spraying

ARC spraying is the use of burning between two continuous feed wire arc to melt the metal, molten metal with a high-speed airflow atomization and spray of metal particle acceleration into the workpiece to form coatings technology. It is generally by a special power supply, controls, electric arc spraying gun, composed of wire feeding machines and compressed air supply system, the main material for wire, (such as the wire, aluminum wire, aluminum wire, copper wire, nickel wire, carbon steel LX88A high wear-resistant wire, etc).

The excellent characteristics of arc spraying:

1, double feed, spraying high efficiency and energy recovery of 50% and it low cost.

Temperature up to 5000~5500? 2, arc, the particles speed of 200~300 m/s, so spray coating bond strength will be high.

3, spraying has little effect on the microstructure of hot, basal body temperature does not exceed 200 ?, and no shape and performance changes, spraying quality stability.

4, power and compressed air for electric arc spraying technology only, without oxygen and acetylene gas, a high security.

5, small volume, light weight, easy to carry, less wearing parts, convenient and very easy to spot.

Scope of application:

Fix crankshafts, axis, press rollers, guide rollers; bridge, high-voltage pylons, steel gates and chemical plants, fertilizer plant: iron and steel facilities, large containers in the harbour area, vessel shell and a large area of the car and mold circulating fluidized bed power plants, steel mills, "four-tube" boilers and so on.
