Manufacturing process

In the manufacturing,we pay attention to all details,every components are machined by the high precision CNC and other machines. All of them have to be measured and approved by 3D CMM before any assemble.

Design team:

We have over 20 designers with years of experiences,They have been engaging in automotive checking fixture and jigs ,All of them are familiar with design programs such as unigraphics NX siemens,Catia V5,Autodesk-Auto-CAD.

Our company has many advanced equipments  which imported from Taiwan,Janpan and overseas,annual output can reach 800-1000sets. Our mian end customers have Porsche,Lamborghini,BMW,Nissan,GM,Ford,etc.

Our company has total over 140 employees including professional engineers and senior technician who take up 80%, over 20 desingers with years of experience in checking fixtures and welding jigs.
