D118 TVT Ultrasonic Flowmeter

Overview

Ultrasonic flowmeter D118 is a high-performance general purpose clamp-on flow meter incorporating the latest developments in universal transit-time digital signal processing to offer excellent accuracy and repeatability for a wide variety of liquids. The flow meter measures the time it takes an ultrasonic signal to travel a known distance with the flow stream and another signal travelling against the flow stream, determining the velocity of the fluid being measured.
Ultrasonic flowmeter D118 clamp-on meter can also be ordered with insertion transducers to eliminate problems with pipe wall thickness, liners, wall deposits, and where difficult piping configurations present signal strength issues.

Accuracy and repeatability:

• Accuracy: ±0.5% of reading from 0.03 to 40ft/s (0.01 to 12m/s)

• Repeatability: ±0.15% of reading
