Q1. Will the hair shedding or tangle? 

A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle.It could last over a year if taken good care.

Q2. Why the hair has grey hair? 

A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

Q3. Quality?

Some clients may talk about the dry ends when they receive the hair, we would like to clearly state that it's perfectly normal for human virgin hair to appear in this way, for it just loses the nutrition and health care for some time. Q4: How many pieces can make a full head?

A: Usually, it takes 3-4pcs to fully install a head. And according to the length of the hair, normally we would highly recommend you to purchase one more piece when the hair length is over 16 inches

Q5. How can I order one more bundle? 

A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q6. How long is the processing and shipment time? 

A: There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by DHgate, we will ship the goods within 24hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-7 days.

Q7. Why my order is frozen? What can I do?
