Q:What can you do about after -service ?

? A: For all AOLITE loaders, we will provide after-service lifelong. 
No matter how long time u have bought our productions, u can contact us for after-service.
      In the warranty period, the broken spare parts will be sent to u free. 
      Beyond the warranty period, u only need to pay for spare parts.
      If necessary, the enginers available to service machinery overseas.
Q:Can you supply some eay -broken spare parts free ?

 ? A: Yes, of course! All AOLITE loaders will have some free spare parts when be sent to customer.

Installation Services are available with all new machine purchases. We will provide the technical know-how for your operation smooth transition and support for installing, debugging, operation of the machine, it will indicate you how to use this machine well.

We offer the Preventative Maintenance and After Sales Service. For we strongly feels about the importance of supporting our customers and the product solutions we provide. Consequently we offer comprehensive maintenance options to prevent equipment issues before they become problems. Also we offer one year guarantee period.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: We accept T/T(30% prepaid, 70% before the shipment), L/C

Q:Are the loaders new products?

A:Yes, all the loaders are new and delivery to the port from factory directly. .

Q:  I want to transport the loader by container, is it ok?
A: Yes, it is ok .But we need take apart the loader.You should reinstall in your country.
Q:How to transport the loaders?
A:We mainly transport it by ro-ro ship or bulk ship, via Container(need to disassemble) or Frame containers.

Q: Can we visit you and view the products or factory?

A: Sure.

Q: Can you supply spare parts for your products?

A: Yes, we can, all the spare parts are from the original manufacturers. 

Q:How about the after-sale services?
A:Offering professional technical overseas technicians training and 7*24 after-sale services.
