A: Our own factory is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China.

    Our marketing office is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China.

    Your visting shall be appreciated.

Q: Can I get some samples?

A: Free leather sneakers samples are available if they are ready in stock.

    And you need to bear the freight.

    If there are no stock, we will need you pay the sample costs, about $40-60.

    Sample charge will be returned after place order.

Q: Is there any MOQ?

A: In normal, it is 200 pairs leather sneakers per design for each item.
    You can check the product description on our website, or contact us for further details.
    If you have special requirement, we can custom make a plan to achieve your satisfaction.

Q: Can I make my own design or put my logo on the products?
A:  Yes, you can alter details based on our design or send your image to us;
     We can put your logo on the products. 

Q: What is the production schedule.

A: 20-30 days is usually needed for mass production after sample confirmed.

    Production starts after deposit (30% of the order) is received not include L/C.

    Depending on order quantity, there will be delay some more days.

Q: Can you pass the mainly test ?

A: Yes.First, we passed many factory audit, can reach your request of standardization factory selection.

    Our factory have passed audit by ISO9001, BSCI.

    Our product can pass all EU new regulation test, US standard and others countries test requirement.

Q: What payment is acceptable ?

A: Your payment can be made via L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T (30% Deposit & Balance before shipment), Western Union, Paypal.

    If you have other preference, please negotiate.

Q: How about container capacity?
A: In normal case: 20'FT(small)-3300 Pairs leather sneakers, 40'FT(Large)-6800 Pairs leather sneakers.
