AUTO LED Assembly Machine
.
The assembly line is major for assembling the LED lamp housing,LED lamp base,LED power supply,LED chip AND plastic PC shell.
Including
wire thrimming--load the lamp base--cut the central wire--set the rivet--lighting test(can power detection if requirements)--press needles--note glue--put the pc cover,high voltage test (bad products removed)
This machine adopts PLC control. Photoelectric monitoring various parts of the movement, If there is an abnormal in the operation, the machine can automatically stop and display the reason, so as to eliminate the fault in time.
The machine can be used alone, and can be used in conjunction with other equipment [Like LED aging machine,LED laser marking machine,LED Box Packaging machine and LED case packing machines]to form a complete production line.
Lamp base-Pc cover assembly Machine Materials requirements:
1. LED lamp housing and power supply Need slot fix.
2.Plastic clad material require ther’s no crack under the demand of the needle depth (torsion) .
3.Requires the after the power supply assembled well the top lead (single strand bare) line exposed the length of 35mm.
4.Requirents of lamp base Entrance angle.
