Debugging of The Whole System

Preparation

1.Insert a hook into the hole in the front deck and lift the front deck.

2Clean the sundries fallen into the steps and grooves.

2.Clean the handrail for fear of polluting the mechanical driving parts.

Pre-check of the electric system

1.Check the power supply (power wire, phase order, zero wire, earthing wire).

2. To check whether the connection of power supply is in accordance with the wire-connection diagram and the local regulations.

3.Turn on the general switch of power supply.

4. Turn on the governing switches of motor and controlling.

5. Connect the inspection box to the controller; push the up-running or down-running button to check whether the running direction of escalator is correct. Change the two phases joints of motor to amend the running direction when necessary.
