1.Middia ceramic knife is made of  high purity zirconia,with advanced machine and dozens of technical processes,more than 10 inspections from raw material to finished productions, blades are strong enough that can bear dropping test and remain nice, drop it from 1 meter height(even if the tip of blade straight down),no more damage for our knife.
