Is it still possible to hang things on the wall that these are applied to?

Yes, you can hang things on the wall using the actual wall studs as the anchor. We recommend using a longer nail or screw to make up for the 0.18" thickness of the plank.

How does this hang on the wall? Nails? Adhesive backing?

Nails would work, but a strong construction adhesive would be easier. To make sure strong enough, we suggest to use construction adhesive firstly, and then use nails again.

Is it safe when use in interior?
