Transfer flocking paper (monochrome, multi color). Transfer flocking pulp (general, environmentally friendly), temperature: 160-180 °, pressure: 3 kg, time: 15-20 seconds.

Physical indicators:

1. Transfer flocking paper, color according to the given number.

2. The transfer flocking pulp, milky white. pH7-8 flocking transfer process: add 2% -5% catalyst into the transfer flocking pulp then stir , placed it 15 seconds, until the coating dried naturally. Transfer flocking paper suede close to the surface of the coating, heat transfer temperature is 160 degrees, pressure is 3 kg, hot pressing time is 15-20 seconds . And tested in cold water immediately, after 24 hours tested at 60 degrees for two hours.

Attention:

1. The coating needs to dry naturally, before pressing should avoid baking at high-temperature. 

2. Storage: Transfer flocking paper is compression packing, paper is packed face to face so that it won’t slide down /curling/be damaged, and success avoiding  moisture/being polluted,it is suitable for long-term storage;the sealed transfer flocking pulp, can be stored for more than one year at ordinary room temperature, the warehouse should be cool and dry, avoid exposure and ice; after using the transfer flocking pulp, seal the packing bag again, avoid resulting from being crusted in the air.
